Have always had a good experience with Dumfries Arnold Clark and will continue using them. I attempted to use the Arnold Clark at Carlisle once and will not be back there - they were very unorganised.

Victoria the receptionist was very pleasant indeed ,and very mannerly too , she kept me well informed as to the progress of my vehicle repair . Victoria is a credit to the Arnold Clark Group .
